Gîte Rental Options
3 - 10 persons formula:
Guests are given access to the entire house, which can comfortably sleep 10, with extra space available for cots. Please contact us to confirm your individual requirements.
Rates:
Low season: 357 € per night (1 Oct - 15 Dec) (6 Jan - 7 Apr) Minimum stay 3 nights
Mid season: 390 € per night (8 Apr - 30 June) (1 Sep - 30 Sep) (16 Dec - 7 Jan) Minimum stay 4 nights
High season: 430 € per night (1 July - 30 Aug) Minimum stay 5 nights
1 - 2 persons or couples formula (only available during Low season):
Guests will have access to the entire ground floor of the gîte, which includes Chambre "Piatti", furnished with a standard size double bed. Children under the age of 2 can be accommodated in addition under this formula free of charge, with travel cot or crib provided. Please contact us with your individual requirements.

Prices shown are for the rental of L'Ancienne Ecurie as a self-catering property and include bath towels, swim towels, bed linen, household & cleaning products (including toilet paper, kitchen paper, hand soap & tissues).
For your first day of stay you will find essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, butter, salt, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and you will be welcomed with complimentary local wine, bread, cheese, charcuterie and a basket of fruit.
Additional costs (applicable for all gîte formulas):
Local Taxe de Séjour is charged at 1,65 € per person, per night and will be added to the total cost of your stay. Children below the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
Electricity is charged at our local rate, after a daily allowance of 8kW is deducted. Electricity is included for the 2 person gîte rental. The meter will be read in your presence on arrival and again at the time of departure and the respective allowance deducted from the reading. The total due is to be paid by cash or bank transfer prior
to departure.
An optional linen change is available at 7 € per person.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is charged at 85 €. This service is non-optional as we are continuing to comply adhere to a stringent additional cleaning protocol under Covid 19 guidelines.
Check-in:
Check-in from 16:00hrs to 20:00hrs. If you are arriving later, please inform us in advance of your estimated time of arrival. Check-out is 11:00hrs at the latest.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit of 550 € will be required for all gîte rentals, payable by bank transfer at the time of making the final reservation instalment. All or part of the security deposit may be retained on your departure to compensate for physical damage to the premises and all areas to which guests have access (breakage, loss, etc.)

No Smoking:
Although Château Lézian and L'Ancienne Ecurie have a no-smoking policy, you may of course smoke outside and in comfort in the outdoor kitchen/living area. Ashtrays are provided.
Pets:
We regret we cannot accept any guest's pets, due to our own resident pets, which include horses.
Parking:
Free and secluded parking is available on the premises, adjacent to the accommodation. Please inform us if you will need parking for more than 4 vehicles or trailers.
Family Friendly
Full baby facilities can be made available upon request, i.e. cots (new born and up to toddler size), baby bath,
high chair, booster seat, baby gates, baby play pen, baby and toddler swim rings, toddler toys. Toddler cutlery and crockery are also provided. We also have soft jigsaw playmats, a baby lounge rocker and a toddler rocking horse.
One side of L'Ancienne Ecurie is entirely fenced in so you can relax in the knowledge that little ones will not wander off. Likewise, the swimming pool is also surrounded by fencing and secure gates, as well as having a safety cover fitted.
For our young guests aged up to 12 years we have provided fantastic play equipment, including swings (plus baby/toddler seat), slides, trapeze bar & rings, monkey ladder, seesaw swing and climbing wall. For older children there is table tennis, badminton, boules (pétanque), cycling, archery and of course swimming. We have plenty of space to play games such as baseball/rounders or football with a goal net provided.
